Australia Post Shipping

We use Australia Post to ship our plates. Providing Regular or Express Post option.

These rates are available for selection upon checkout.

Your plates will be posted within 2 business days. A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once posted.

Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery of your order once we have marked it as shipped.

Returns

Return Cost

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your plates.
Please email us at sales@theplatebracket.com.au within that timeframe so we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn, fitted, or used, damaged after delivery (dropped or broken), or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

All products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging. If the item is deemed to be faulty or not fit for the designed application, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer, and as such initial postage and handling costs will not be refunded.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post; you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Plate Bracket Co. cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit return to us.
