Australia Post Shipping

We use Australia Post to ship our brackets. Providing a Regular or Express Post option.

These rates are available for selection upon checkout.

Your brackets will be posted with same-business-day dispatch if ordered before 12 pm AEST (*Excludes any preorder items. We may need to contact you to confirm your order if items; this could mean dispatch next day). All orders received after 12 pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched the next business day.

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once posted. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery of your order once we have marked it as shipped.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unmarked, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, unmarked, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or defective.
  • To start a return, please email sales@theplatebracket.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

If a qualifying order is returned for a refund, any promotional items received (e.g. air freshener, screwdriver, upgraded screws) must also be returned unused and in original condition.

If promotional items are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.

This extended policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty or defective goods.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn, fitted, or used, damaged after delivery (dropped or broken), or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer, and as such, initial postage and handling costs will not be refunded.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post; you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Plate Bracket Co. cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, returned to us.
