In 2022, when trying to install our own Size 3 Flexi Plates on our Toyota Supra (above), we identified there was no real solution to installing the QLD Acrylic (Flexi) Vehicle Registration Plates without drilling holes or applying double-sided tape to a vehicle bodywork.

After several 3D drawings and testing of protoypes our first PlateMate bracket was made!

Not long after we expanded our catalogue to include brackets for all personalised plate states. For several months these plate brackets were sold by our sister company, Venom Automotive.

In late 2023, it was determined that these brackets should have their own identity, and The Plate Bracket Co. was born to focus solely on the production and distribution of these brackets.

Our goal is to produce a product that enables anyone to install their number plates without drilling holes in the plates or the car! Nor stick double-sided tape to the car's bodywork, potentially resulting in a very costly fix upon removal.
