1. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on 1 November 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

All eligible purchases must be completed within this timeframe.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents only who purchase directly from www.theplatebracket.com.au during the Promotion Period.
  
• Purchases made through third-party resellers or marketplaces are excluded.
  
• Business-to-business (B2B) orders are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Plate Bracket Co.
  

3. Promotional Offers

During the Promotion Period, the following offers apply:

• Free Express Post Shipping on all retail orders (Australia & NZ-wide).
  
• Free Car Air Freshener valued at $10 with every order. Customers may select between Sea Breeze or Nior Drift scent while stocks last. If no option is selected within the mini cart, a random scent will be provided.
  
• Free Upgrade to Torx Security Screws – customers receive Torx screw sets for their standard brackets at standard screw pricing (discount automatically applied before checkout).
  
• Free Easy Install Screwdriver provided with any PlateMate Bracket purchases, while stocks last.
  

If any promotional item becomes unavailable, The Plate Bracket Co. may substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

4. Stock Availability

All promotional items (including air fresheners, screwdrivers, and torx screw sets) are subject to availability and offered while stocks last.

No rainchecks will be issued.

5. Extended 60-Day Return Policy

To make holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our standard return period to 60 days for orders placed between 1 November 2025 and 30 November 2025.

• Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or defective.
  
• To start a return, please email support@theplatebracket.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  

If a qualifying order is returned for a refund, any promotional items received (e.g. air freshener, screwdriver, upgraded screws) must also be returned unused and in original condition.

If promotional items are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.

This extended policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty or defective goods.

6. Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after shipping must be returned in accordance with the 60-day return policy above.

7. Combination With Other Offers

• These Black Friday promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotional codes, or ongoing offers, unless expressly stated by The Plate Bracket Co.
  
• Each promotion is applied automatically at checkout where eligible.
  

8. General

• The Plate Bracket Co. reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
  
• Promotional offers have no cash or exchange value and cannot be redeemed for store credit.
  
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as The Plate Bracket Co.’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  

9. Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, are faulty, or are not of acceptable quality.
